    Space booking and pre-registration

    Choose the stand size and type and book your space. Booking early improves your chance of a good position in the hall.

    Support file documents

    Company documents needed for the state support application (capacity report or activity certificate, etc.) are prepared in advance.

  3. 23 February 2027

    Passport and visa

    Check passport validity; if a visa is required, apply with an invitation letter.

  4. 25 March 2027

    Stand design approval

    The stand drawing, logo and graphic files are approved.

  5. 24 April 2027

    Shipping samples and booking meetings

    Products and catalogues are shipped; meetings with buyers are scheduled for the fair days.

  6. 24 – 27 May 2027

    Fair days

    The stand must be open and ready on the first day, and products must not be packed before the fair ends. These rules also matter for the support application.

    Last day for the support application

    The application must be sent through the Support Management System (DYS) within 3 months of the end of the fair; late files are not assessed.
