How do we decide which fair to attend?
We listen to your product range, target market and budget, then shortlist the most suitable fairs from our calendar, along with their visitor profiles and incentive status, free of charge.
How far in advance should we apply?
Stand locations are allocated in order of application, so we recommend applying at least 3–6 months before the fair. Application deadlines are listed on each fair's page.
Do you provide on-site support during the fair?
Yes. Our team is with you at the venue from build-up to breakdown, and we handle all correspondence and technical matters with the organiser.
How is the participation fee paid?
Payment follows the schedule set out in the participation agreement. Ministry support is paid to your company after the fair, once all documents have been completed.
