Trade Fair Support for Micro and Small Enterprises: 75% and 10 Fairs

More favourable rules apply to micro and small enterprises under overseas trade fair support. These entitlements do not apply automatically; they must be claimed separately in the payment application.

Two Advantages

• The support base amount is set at 75% of the approximate total cost per square metre, regardless of country or sector.
• Support is available for up to 10 fairs a year instead of 5.

Who Is Eligible?

Businesses registered as micro or small enterprises in the KOSGEB database, where no legal entity or public body holds 25% or more of the shares. Medium-sized enterprises do not qualify for this special rate and receive the general rates.

What Changes in Practice?

The Ministry's list shows the micro and small enterprise amount for each fair in a separate column. For example, on the 2026 list this amount is TRY 13,901/m² for SIMEM, which comes to TRY 222,416 for a 16 m² stand. The amount is still subject to the per-fair cap.
