National or Individual Participation? Differences and Support
Either way, support is calculated per m². The difference lies in who you exhibit with and which list the fair is on.

The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade supports participation in overseas trade fairs in two ways: national participation and individual participation. Which one suits you depends on the fair you want to attend and the list it appears on.
National Participation
Turkish companies exhibit together in a shared Türkiye section, within a national participation organisation approved by the Ministry. The promotional activities of the organiser running it may also be supported separately. General fairs are supported only through this route.
Individual Participation
The company exhibits directly with its own stand at a fair on the Ministry's published list of "Sectoral International Fairs Supported for Individual Participation". The fairs in Nish Expo's fair calendar follow this model.
Common Rules
- Under both routes, support is calculated from stand m² and the support base amount.
- The annual limit on the number of fairs (5, or 10 for micro and small enterprises) applies to both routes combined.
- Applications are submitted through DYS within 3 months of the fair's closing date.
Prestigious Fairs
These are fairs designated by the Ministry as internationally leading events in their sector. The per-fair cap in 2026 is TRY 3,698,274; a company can receive prestigious fair support for up to 2 fairs a year and must claim it in the payment application.
